Looking out over the narrow front section of the building which jets out like a turtle's neck. This section served as the Administration Building, it was mostly sectioned off into modernized offices. However the lobby was quite beautiful and featured a large bronze plaque and "Essex County Hospital Center" faux gold signage inside.
